If you do not have any of these insurances, we offer courtesy billing for out-of-network services, meaning we will send the bill to your insurance in order for them to potentially reimburse you depending on your specific insurance plan.
Below are the out-of-pocket rates for the services we offer. We understand that psychological services can be a financial commitment and are happy to discuss our sliding scale with you.
Initial Intake Evaluation (CPT 90791) - $190
Individual Psychotherapy (CPT 90834/90837) - $150
Psychological Evaluation (CPT 90791, 96130, 96131, 96136, 96137)
Out-of-pocket flat rate of $1700 (includes intake, evaluation, and feedback)
Educational/Academic testing is not covered by insurance. There is an add-on out-of-pocket rate of $300 for any additional academic testing to the flat rate above, totaling to $2000 for a psychoeducational evaluation.
Good Faith Estimate
If you do not have or will not be using insurance, you have a right to a “good faith estimate” for the expected costs of any non-emergency medical items/services. Under the law, you can ask for a Good Faith Estimate before your scheduled appointment if one has not yet been provided to you at least 1 business day in advance of the appointment. If your final bill is $400 or more than your estimate, you are legally permitted to dispute the bill. You can find more information about the Good Faith Estimate at https://www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
